* We aim to review prices annually if possible but has been a challenge recently.
Term time only also accepted however the price plan will be different from the above, please contact us to go through this.

Nappies and pre-prepared baby feeds must be provided by yourselves.
If any child cannot be collected by the agreed time, we do not want to charge you any penalties however if this is abused in anyway, Nursery Room will be in their discretion to charge £5 per 10 minutes late. We at Nursery Room understand that there can be issues, so if you believe you are running late, please call.
If your child is aged 3 or 4 we are able to offer the free entitlement from the term following your child’s third birthday. This means that they can have up to 30 hours per week during term time reduced from their existing hours. Our setting can provide this between 7.30am and 6.00pm but we will not be able to offer this entitlement without some paid childcare.
Fees are payable in advance, at the agreed date with the parent. If you require special arrangements, please talk to a member of staff, we try to be as flexible as possible.
We prefer settlement of fees by BACS transfer and the bank details can be found on the invoice; however we do accept cheque, cash, Childcare Vouchers and payments from the Childcare Tax Free Savings accounts.
