Learning & EYFS
A safe, secure environment where children learn best through play

How your child learns
Children learn best through play
Play helps children explore the world, build confidence, make friends and develop important skills for life — all while having fun.
Learning through play
- Developing language and communication skills
- Learning to share, take turns and build friendships
- Exploring early maths, creativity and problem-solving
- Growing in confidence and independence
Following children’s interests
We pay close attention to what children enjoy and are curious about. Whether it’s dinosaurs, role play, construction, books or outdoor play, we use those interests to plan activities they will love — and learn from.
Planned topics & special events
- Seasons and weather
- Festivals and celebrations
- Special days and community events
Our learning environment
Our rooms and outdoor spaces are welcoming, safe and full of fun things to explore. Children are encouraged to choose activities independently and learn at their own pace.
Working together with families
We value strong partnerships with parents and carers. By sharing information — in person, and through your daily Yenlio updates — we work together to support your child’s learning and wellbeing.
